AS MANY OF YOU ARE AWARE - NO ACCESS HAS BEEN PERMITTED FOR OWNERS TO CHECK IF THE POINTS ON THEIR  DEFECT LIST  HAVE PROPERLY BEEN RESOLVED.

JUST TO LET YOU KNOW THAT WHEN YOU SIGN AT THE NOTARY - YOU WILL BE GIVEN A NEW LIST - IN THE UNLIKELY EVENT THAT THERE ARE STILL DEFECTS WHICH HAVE  NOT BEEN DEALT WITH.
