mould in living room

 hi has anybody got this problem or can anybody advise me what to do,in our front room we have for the 2nd time got bad mould on the walls it is under the air con unit and thankfully my key holder seen it and sent me photos but dont really no where to start we are insured but do i go thro the resort management company

We also had this problem last year, and was told by the guy that fitted our aircon that it was a pre-installation problem with pipes behind the wall as they weren't connected properly so water was not draining away as it should.  At the time we were lucky to get PW out to fix it, and to be fair to them they did a great job.

However, this summer we have the same problem in one of the bedrooms.  This time it's proving a damn site more difficult to get PW to sort the problem.  I would suggest e-mailing them at http://www.polarisworld.com/polarisworld/en/atencioncliente and hopefully they will get back to you.  If this doesn't work then a trip to their head office might be needed if you are out any time soon.

 we had this prob before and polaris did us a good job il try polaris just lucky our key holder was in to make beds up for us

We had  water damage from recent storm rains, and tried to send on a damage report to polaris web site, was unable to get through as it had a internal server error.  Hope you have more luck, have just taken photos and printed and sent to Head office customer service by mail.

HI FOLKS THE CEILING IN MY KITCHEN AREA COLAPSED FOR THE 3RD TIME DUE TO THE HEAVY RAINFALL ITS TAKEN ME 22 PHONE CALLS  AND 18 E MAILS TO GET A HOLD OF SOMEONE  THAT WAS UNTIL YESTERDAY THEY HAVE SOMEONE AT MY APARTMENT RIGHT NOW LOOKING AT THE DAMAGE SO JUST KEEP AT IT DONT GIVE UP...GOOD LUCK 

 just been told by nicki  my key holder and who looks  after my apartment that polaris are in 2 morro fingers crossed a mite have a good holiday next week but like no end of people athink we bought the house that jack built the probs we have had with water in every room except the bathroom but we still love the place
