How is everyone who is waiting for completion on phase 3, looking forward to 2007 and still excited?

Is there anyone on Phase 1 & 2 with any news?

Hello all,

As phase 2 owners we have just returned from Spain on Sunday so can give you an update on what is happening.

All front doors are now fitted and locked and all gates and fences are fitted. The roadways are now finished (complete with zebra crossings!) and parking lines. It would appear that the north facing phase 3 apartments will have to park on the top road as this is a route through for local premises. The rest of the development is operating on a one way system so beware.

We have uploaded some photos so you can all see the current status, however unfortunately we forgot to change the date they were taken so you will need to go into 1 January 2007 even though they were actually taken on 10 February.

Photos 1,2,3 & 6 are south facing apartments and 4 & 5 are north facing.

Just to let you all know that the weather was lovely, 19 degrees in the day and never below 12 at night. On Saturday it reached the lofty heights of 26 degrees so it was positively summer like (British summer that is).

We are going out again on March 20th so if anyone wants any specific photos at that time let us know. By the way just to let you know that we completed at the end of June last year (after being told it would be March) and whilst we were there this time we got the title deeds.

Thanks for the photos, you've no idea how good it is to get regular updates on the development. We have bought on phase 3 south facing and are going out a week on Sunday for a week.

The development looks great, seems weird to see the road markings, zebra crossings etc. Also al the front doors on and locked..fantastic! Really feels as though the completion of the whole site is close now - very exciting

Good news about the title deeds, you read some of the threads on this site and worry.

As we are also in the process of purchasing on phase 3, your recent photos are very much appreciated.  Things are looking really good and we feel that this little developement has the potential of being a very special place.

We were expecting to complete at the end of March, but our agent is looking more at June/July - so that will sound familiar to you!
