i was wondering if picture No.2 was off manazna block 4 as we are No.21 which is the end one, we are going over on the 3rd March for a few days and are looking forward to seeing the progress as we havn't been out since October,

hi all,pic number2 is of the new style quads on the end near to the proposed swimming pool.There is a row of the old style quads directly opposite,and right on the end of this row is one new style quad........strange.hope this helps with trying to identify were this is on the estate.Its coming along quite nicely out there and towards the end of our stay the weather was glorious>unfortuanately we could not get close to our property as it was being built ,its on block five.The footings are all in place and they were just starting to put in the concrete columns in to support the building.So all in all ,it was a good break away from damp cold UK.

Was very nice to meet Shiela and Alan,Hi guys.Unfortunately did not get enough time to meet up for drinks,may be next time were out there.Hope your Ok.

Also ,has anybody asked Taray for a quote to install heating/air con?? we got a quote via e mail,and they can supply two dirrerent systems,one being a few hundred pounds dearer than the other.Does anybody have any recommendations as to which system to have installed????????

Hi All

Can anyone throw some light on what the building is on the right hand side of picture number 3, it seems to be to the right of the show house apartment (block 4) near the village, hope you can understand  what I am on about.

Thanks for all the new photos its great to keep up to date with what is happening on site as we have not been over since last October, does anyone have any info on the apartment blocks has anyone moved in yet, or are they any closer to completion?

air con as fitted by Taray.....two models...  A....General / Hiyasu..total for quad being 2 outside units, and 4 inside units at a total of 4855.76 euros, inc vat and fitting  .........B.....Daitsu...total for quad being 2 outside units and 4 inside units at a total of  3641.03 euros, inc vat and fitting.                       Both units are identical, being manufactured by the same company, but bearing different brand names.  We were advised by a Taray representative to purchase the cheaper of the two, which we have done.Hope this is of some help to anyone interested in having Taray fit aircon during the build.

Have had quote for 2 external units, and 2 internal (large one in lounge plus smaller for main bedroom the others can sweat) made by Sharp, inverter technology, which is supposed to be cheaper to run with ionisation (?) for 1800 Euros fitted if thats any help.

Hi All

Weve had quotes for 4 inside air con units fitted of 2020 euros for standard units & 3260 euros for inverter units.

We would also recommend the company as we have stayed in a townhouse where they installed air con and they come recommended by that owner.
