We're in garden 7 and nothings been taken from our account either yet. We're out there on the 2nd December so I'll check post and as soon as we have heard anything or if any money is taken out we'll let you know.

As you know Urbaser have now fitted water meters to all the apartments in Naranjos. Assuming the correct bank details were passed onto them from Polaris World you should of had the €199.94 connection fee taken from your account. Over the last couple of days I heard of owners coming out to find they have no water, nor a meter fitted. This is probably due to Polaris passing on incorrect bank details. So, if you have not paid the connection fee then I would recommend that you contact Urbaser either by email or phone and check that they have your details.

I don't think Naranjos 7, which we are in, haven't had the meters fitted yet. In October, Urbaser told us that they had a problem with the pipes and waiting for PW to sort out. No-one has advised this has been corrected so I'm assuming we are still on builders supply. Regarding payments, our bank details supplied by PW to them were wrong so I would urge anyone who haven't had a bill yet to check this out regardless of which Jardine they on on.
Again, if anyone does know if our Jardine now has got meters fitted, please let us know.

We are also on Naranjos 7 and have just checked our bank, we have not had a payment taken either, we are going to email urbaser as we are also out on the 2nd December and don't want to get there and not have water.
Hope to meet up with you both when we are there.

We are also garden 7, and Urbaser have told me that there is a problem with the pipework which Polaris have to fix before meters are fitted and working. In the meantime they think that the builders supply should remain in place.

Alfonso from Urbaser e mailed me this morning with the info.
Strange thing is though a friend of ours was over in October and took a photo of what appeared to be a meter in the meter cupboard, so not sure if they have fitted them all but until the problem is fixed we will remain on builders supply?

Hi Guys,
We recieved an email this morning from (15th December 2010) from Alfonso informing us that our water meter has now infact been installed and also confirming that they have our correct bank account details.
So for those of you on gardens 7 & 8 of Los Naranjos the meters should now be in and expect the best part of 200 Euros to be leaving your accounts very soon.
