I still have not had an Urbaser payment taken from my account and am a bit concerned.
I am in the penthouses, block 14.and have been told by Urbaser that they have my bank details but I am now getting worried that they may have been passed on incorrectly.
Can anyone from blocks 13-16 let me know if they have had payment taken yet?

We are block 14 and 199 Euros was taken from our account last week so I would imagine everyone will be having their connection fee taken from their banks at some point soon!

Hello everyone,
We too have not had a payment taken. I had an email from alfonso at urbaser 2 weeks ago saying the pipework supplying water to gardens 7 & 8 in Los naranjos is incorrect. He informed me that they could commence their supply until Polaris had ironed out the problem. I don't know if the bottom end penthouse blocks would also be affected or not but it would make sense. Hopefully it will be sorted soon as we're out there from 26th for 5 nights and I don't want to even think about a no water option! I have emailed him again to confirm that it will be ok and when he replies I will post any other info.

We are in same postion here on block 9, Email sent to Urbaser 2 weeks ago & got reply saying they have our details etc etc.
As payment still hasnt been taken as yet I sent them another Email Friday asking them to send us the bank details they have for us to make sure they match.
If we receive a reply will let you guys know.

I think I have a problem. I live in Naranjos 2 and my keyholder have told me I have no water now. Last time I was in my apartment (october) I noticed they had mounted a water meter in the box outside.
My contact at the Real Estate company, who helps me with this, has told me there is a technical problem wich stops Urbaser from reconnecting? This should have been fixed by Polaris World last friday or latest today. Has anybody heard anything about this?
I have checked my accound and no connection fee has been taken out.
I am a little bit worried about this because we are coming this saturday to stay for christmas and it will be difficult without water.

All the penthouses now have meters installed. All the unsold apartments and those without a water contract have now been disconnected, So check your bank statements to ensure the connection fee has been taken, as you can see from the previous posting this is now happening. If you haven't paid the fee over the next few weeks it would be worth checking with Urbaser that they have the correct details.
