Internet Access

Hi

I know this subject has been covered in various ways in the past but I thought I’d start again.

I'm thinking of setting up internet access in our apartment in DV and wondered what experiences others have had in terms of the various methods of achieving this and associatted costs such as fixed lines with telefonica, dongles and this sort of thing.

Any help or suggestions would be most appreciated.

Hi

We had a fixed telephone line with Telefonica which gave us internet access and cost around 70 euro a month - even when we were not here.  About a year ago we bought a dongle (think it cost around 30 euro) and we just top it up when we are here.  Two weeks unlimited useage with Vodafone has cost us 30 euro for the current time we are here.  It is fine - bit slow but relatively cost effective.
