Your Proxy Vote - what are they voting for? do you know?????????

I appreciate this is a bit late but I am sure some people  are collecting/giving proxy votes without asking/advising people what their position is on the Agenda items at the AGM.

Your proxy does not only vote on the presidency of your garden

Your proxy will vote on

The Budget for 2011/12 (There is no provision for external painting of Apartments even though the budget is approx €300k higher than last years spend?)

The re-opening of the Sports Zone (have you read the two proposals? Have you told your Proxy voter what you want them to vote yes or no on?)

The Internet/internal telephone/TV options-again have you made your preference clear to the person who has your proxy vote?

It is not too late!

Speak to the person you have given your proxy vote to and let them know what your choice is and ensure your view is taken into account not just theirs.

We chose not to vote as we were not happy with the current president of our Jardin. I emailed a friend on Condado explaining why & suggested he pass on my comments. I had hoped that this would set some kind of communication going but I was wrong. Of course I do realise that this gentleman may not speak english & I cannot expect that he should Unfortunatly my spanish is very poco but i belive that the vice president does speak english which puts us to shame.

I did nor realise what the electors wouldbe voting for & as  we are in favour of the sports zone reopening with a small fe from us I would hate our vote not to be given

Can we pass on that vote via a proxy or does it have to come directly from some one in our Jardin ?

You can give your proxy to anyone you trust with your vote, just make sure they know your wishes
