Buildings and Contents Insurance

Just got a very good quote for my insurance renewal.  Buildings 125K, contents 7k with an excess of 240 euros.  Includes accidental damage by renters etc.  The quote is for €111.98.  Much better than my first year's premium of around €250 when I frist bought the place.  If anyone is interested then you can email Sergio at insurance@gesfinurbana.es he is based on La Torre resort so probably does a lot of Polaris places.  Arlene

Scratch that - as it turns out the quote did not include any damage by renters.  Back to the drawing board.  I know the community insurance covers buildings but not, apparently, if a renter burns the place down or floods it!!??  Ho hum.
