MOST POPULAR GARDEN WITHOUT DOUBT  GDN 10 VERY CLOSE TO SHOP AND BAR , VERY CLEAN AND COMPACT BEAUTIFULL POOL NOT TO MANY APPTS AND THE REAL BONUS VERY NICE AND ACCOMODATING RESIDENTS.

I think Garden 13 is has the most apartments, not sure its the most populated though, guess that depends on the amount of vacant properties.

Dont think Garden 10 is the most populated, as its smaller.
