I dont have any bill as i dont have a post box in condado or maybe i do have a post box but wheres the key for it. Do i need to have a paper bill or will they work with the owners name?

 Firstly go to mileniun to see if they have your post box key.

You will need your passport  or NIE original certificate and your house deeds (escritura) if you go to urbaser without any other paperwork
