"I have now seen the Licencía der Primer Ocupación for all 10 blocks of Calanova Sea Golf. Finally!"

Our solicitors have now received the licence for ocupation 23/08/2007 so it should be just a short wait until we get our keys(famous last words)

Hi

Our owner was here on Friday and advised that subject to his mortgage offer he could be completing by the end of the week, we will let you know if this happens.
