After so many months of no information from this company it is giood to see that they have suddenly become interested again and started posting their previous update being in March

I can see the area that this property covers and might suggest that it is highly unlikely that they can fit everything claimed into the area provided pool, jacuzzi, shop, gym,  buggy park etc

Yes as people know from the pictures that I have already posted here and my advice is that if you considering changing yoir property speak to Corvera directly as you don't need a third party involved

It´s excellent that this web provides info and pictures. The place is huge and I believe there is room for a lot of services. I have heard there are more workers now.

 Guys, I don't believe we should be either overly optimistic or pesimistic given this news (especially at an individual level). It is a huge step forward for us all, I know we were all concerned that the development was in danger of degrading to the point where we could potentially have lost our investment.

We must retain our focus collectively on pushing Corvera on providing the services originally offered. Lets be realistic here, we have all paid a premium for preium services, a couple of years of having a port-a-cabin for bar and restaurant facilities (no disrespect to Migel who is doing a fantastic job) is completely unacceptable. Given the financial climate there is not much we or Corvera (I am assuming!) could pragmaticaly  have done about this however I don't believe we should shift our focus away from the initial offering and keep pushing until these facilities are provided with no degradation in quality. Both the course and facilities need to be continually improved in the short and medium terms. Lets please keep pushing for that we are still a long way from what we all spent our money on some years ago.

Fantastic news, lets hope the airport and other positive investments in the Murcia area are catalysts for further positive investment in the development. See you all in the 19th hole soon :)

Hi I believe that the clubhouse is going to have an extra lower level that roda doesn't have in order to provide all these services, given that the court have agreed to hear the cases against lack of facilities in spring next year I would suggest that calidona are ver good at providing just what is necessary, just in time, so I don't doubt it will happen and it will be good enough, I just don't expect to be bowled over..meanwhile will be playing as much free golf as we can. I hope that miguel finds a future locally as he now has many loyal customers, if not on Corvera itself maybe in the village am sure many of us will patronise any place he runs as it's been really well done this summer.
