What's Occurring

We will be over as of Saturday for a few weeks and just wondering if there is anything planned on CDA, Saturday market etc.  or has it stopped as we will be out of season.  is there anything locally that may be worth a look?

The Saturday market was extended into September but don't know to exactly what date

 The market has been extended for another 2 weeks, 3rd and 10th, but the 3rd might be the last, it all depends in the number of visitors that come that night.

I emailed Mileniun, and Ana replied stating that the market will be continuing for another two weeks on September 3rd and 10th; but I think that will be it unless lots of people come I guess.  As we've missed all the previous ones we're thankful that we come out on the 3rd, albeit quite late.

Thats great, at least we can see what the market is like.  Do yuo happen to know what time the market runs to and from?

I think it runs from 6pm until 11pm, but that's from memory. I do know it's an evening market.

Market is 6pm to 9pm there will be less stalls at the next 2.

What kind of stalls can we expect?

Stalls selling Laser pens to children.

Darren, you are in danger of becoming half full with that sort of comment lol! Hopefully, that particular stall won't be there as most of the children will be starting back at school next week in the UK, at least I hope so!

Do you think there is any chance the sports bar will be open by then. I used to love to pop over & have a coffee & doughnut

I know its cheaper to buy a pack & a jar of coffee from the supermarket but it  gave me the chance to meet up with old & new friends & as it was on our door step I could go alone if Ham wanted to watch TV

Market was rubbish last night hardly any stalls and I noticed that they have removed all the market signs from the resort the day before the market!!!  I didn't see it in July and August and believe it was great but very disappointed last night

Any market is better than no market and whilst there wasnt as many stalls all of the main requirements were covered ie 4 or 5 fruit and veg stalls, trinkets, cloths olives, the Chicken Man etc and even Phil Tans Ham and Chritzo sausage stall were there.

No it wasnt as big as previous weeks but given that the resort is not as busy now I think we are fortunate that we have had a 2 week extension.

I appreciate anything organised by Millenium to help us but i guess not everyone is as appreciative.
