Housing Administrators

There seems to be lots of "secret" rumours floating around that Housing are no longer the administrators to Roda Golf.

Does anyone know firstly, if this is true, and if it is, why they are no longer instructed.?

The Entity Board will have a lot to answer for if it proves correct.

This is a slightly unusual thread! The 2 posters, besides myself, have only made one and two contributions respectively on EOS.

I do not care a jot who contributes to these threads, but I do wonder if they are Roda residents. They seem to be playing some sort of game.

I emailed Housing yesterday to change my postal address and they replied saying they had done it.

I have received information that Housing has given notice of their resignation effective 30 Nov.

Resortalia SLP have been invited to take over effective same time until AGM next year when appointment is expected to be ratified.

They are a member of professional society of owner's communities? www.resortalia.com

Not sure what all this means.

I received a christmas/new year ecard from resortalia, so looks like they are the new administrators.

We have just had a change of administrators only - the interim administrators are Resortalia and their appointment will be ratified or not as the case may be at the AGMs which I understand are possibly to be at the end of March.  The President of the Entitdad remains the same person and if you are on Phase 1 then this is also the case. The Presidents are elected annually at the AGMS.

Does anyone know if there has been any discrepancies as regards the previous housing administrators as I had a very interesting conversation with a friend of mine yesterday who lives at La Tercia concerning this particular company. Lets just say it could be why we pay more than double the  community fees than anyone I know who lives in this area.

We also have an interest at La Tercia - who is your friend?  I probably know them.

I agree Roda fees are so high as to be eye watering!  Let's hope the new management team can bring them down a notch or two!

I cannot comment about any discrepancies that you are asking about.

However, I will say that I find it very disturbing that Roda Golf Presidents refuse to disclose the reason for Housing's "resignation". This has only lead to rumour, speculation and uncertainty amongst owners.

 As owners we are entitled to know what is happening within our Communities !!

 I would suggest you need to direct your questions and concerns directly to the President of the Entidad and the President of your community, let them know you feel you deserve an explanation as an owner and fee payer

I think as owners we should all have been given an explanation by the president of the entitdad or the president of the community.  Its not for the inidividual owner to go hunting around for answers.

Communitry Presidents have effectively been "gagged" by the Entidad Board and told not to say anything - even if they know what is going on. In some instances, they don't (the new President and Committee of Community P12 have been told NOTHING).

I totally agree with what you say.

All Roda Golf Presidents, be it Entidad or Phase level, should be alerting owners as to what is happening within our Communities and NOT with holding information from us!!

Earlier on this thread someone mentions "secret society".........it certainly now appears to be the case. It's time it all stopped.

I did actually email the President of the Entitad yesterday, she hasn't as yet replied.
