Hi Ian - you should have a certificate from the Administrator to show that all the community fees have been paid up to date, and this will give you their contact details. They will then give you the name of the president who will fill you in on all the community issues.
You should have had this certificate at the Notary, as it is part of the buying process. Unless it was a bank repo you should also have proof that the water, electric and Suma are all paid up to date. Did your estate agent or lawyer not explain these things to you?
