Community charges for Apt's - clarification please

I have enquired of an agent about community charges on a 3 bed apt at Roda Golf, they have come back with between 97 and 105 euros per month on a 2 bed apt which has not answered my original question. After having waited 2 weeks for this info I can't be bothered asking him again.

I was under the impression the community charges were about 150-200 per month. I appreciate each apt can be different and as a result the CC will slightly differ, but can anybody confirm his reply, please.

I believe Pommers answered as much as possible re a 2 bed apartment at Roda on an earlier thread.................................

 2-bed apartment on Phase 2 - total = €2020

Community Charge = €980, Entity Charge = €590, IBI = €450
Why our Entity charges and IBI are higher than everyone else's I haven't a clue.

Unfortunately no one with either a 3 bed apartment or 3 bed house

has offered any info but you should get an idea as fees are based on coefficients of sq metreage and 2 bed apts are approx 75 sq metres.

In my view if the agent has not responded to you then they do not appear to be doing a very good job for quite a possible sizeable commission and I would again ask them to provide you with the correct information.

It is not rocket science for them but beware the breakdown of costs as he may be correct in quoting community fees alone.

200 per month may be correct for ALL fees
