Hotel at Corvera Golf ?

Hi All, with the new clubhouse due to open in April and the new airport due to open in July, what prospects do we have of one day getting a hotel at Corvera Golf ? Does anyone have any news or any rumours ? I know that originally it was planned that DeVere Hotels would manage hotels at Covera and Roda, what became of that ? If we don't get a hotel on the Corvera Golf estate, the next best thing i suppose would be a hotel at the new Corvera / Murcia International Airport, is there any prospect of a hotel being built at the new airport ?

I also wondered, in addition to the hotel, if it was Corvera's intention to tie up with the PGA again. I noticed they took off all information on their official website - but wondered if they would look into again IF and WHEN the Clubhouse AND Golf Course was fully functional and complete.

All big IF's but with Clubhouse, well managed, more completions, golf course and most importantly an airport down the road I suppose supply and demand will dictate whether a hotel would do well.

It's some way off I reckon - but maybe in a five year plan it may look a good idea again.
