Solarium tiles

 This has happened on our roof terrace.

A little while back a few other people posted about this and several had had someone replace various tiles.

I seem to remember that one person had managed to raise this with Polaris customer services who had responded that it was the owners responsibility to care appropriately for their property. As you would expect this wasn't a well received comment as I imagine most people have used the various recommended products on their tiles as regulalry as advised.

At that point the posts stopped but I think people have taken it into their own hands and had tiles replaced. Its something we were going to have another look at this summer.

 Maybe some of the batches weren't up to standard. As far as I recall the posts were from people with 1st floor apartments, so maybe the fierce heat up there is a problem. However, they should have been able to withstand that. Im not sure how such tiles are created so dont know if they are meant to be terracota throughout or with a veneer.
