new owner advice needed

We are hoping to complete on our apartment soon and I would like advice on the following

We need an electrician to fit lights in the whole apartment, who do you recommend and can you give me an idea of how much this should cost.

We would like the TV (if we bring our own from home will it work) phone and internet package can anyone advise on costs and instillation as we would like it to work like wifi.

Any advice on air conditioning and heating the apartment

Where is the best place to buy our white goods for the kitchen does anyone do a package

Any other advice that you think we should have and may not have considered is greatly appreciated.

We use Andy for all electrical work - he is reliable and does an excellent job at a reasonable price.  We brought our TV from the UK and it works fine.  We bought a digi box from A2Z Communications who also offer a deal on wifi for Condado residents:

Your english tv will work here but you will need a digital converter box, Phil Tann is the man to contact regarding this and any Internet issues you have.

We used DFS for our fit out - they did pretty much everything and were brilliant.  They even supplied our TV as part of the "white goods".

We also used DFS and couldn't fault them.  Gr8 service, very reliable and although they didn''t supply white goods themselves they assisted us through purchase and delivery of these, and made the whole process simple and straight forward.  They have floor plans of the different apartments on condado so can help you to plan exactly what will fit.
