Just got in from Corvera, there is no frenzy, all the owners we met are pragmatic and see the sale as a good thing, the new owner has been driving round and has met the staff, it's all good news for Corvera, in fact we are entering discussions to possibly buy a second unit there, as there is stuff up for sale and deals to be had and we, along with some other recent completers we met, feel its a great nvestment opportunity once more that wont be ther for long, in the last few weeks several villas have been snapped up and there are a lot of people coming to the area wanting to rent..so we are thinking of upgrading to a villa, wish us luck!
