Thank you Simon for starting this thread.
I can only speak from my own experience and that of family and friends who have spent time with us in Corvera. We have owned the property here for two years and love coming for regular visits. We particularly enjoy the proximaty of the village which helps us experience day to day Spanish life that is lost in some of the more all inclusive resorts. The shops, restaurants and bars plus the Sunday market offer great value and charming service. In difficult times for the Spanish economy we have always felt very welcome. We were amazed during our recent Easter break to see the community support for the traditional Easter parade (which for a small community was something quite special to observe). It is also so quick now to visit both Murcia City and Cartagena that these are regular treats being much more interesting than the modern coastal resorts. Walking in the Sierra Espuna is also something everyone who can must try. We are very busy in the UK so we constantly look forward to our trips to the oasis of calm that is Corvera and look on it as an an opportunity to explore all the delights the region has to offer.
It would be great if this thread could feature all the interesting and sometimes unexpected things that people have come across since owning at Corvera?
Regards to all other Corvera owners.
