club house

can someone please tell me what is the latest on the clubhouse.  Is it up and running and what facilities are there??

Just posted some more photos showing Spa, steam room, sauna, shock-shower (hot/cold) & restaurant/bar areas. 95% finished, just 2nd fix to complete. Clubhouse sign looks great when lit up.

Hi All, It seems to have gone a bit quiet on the clubhouse completion, does anyone have any news about a scheduled opening date ? Also is the golf course likely to open to the public at the same time ? I can't see how the clubhouse will have enough trade unless the new CGCC owners start to do some marketing locally and start promoting Corvera as a golf destination both Nationally and Internationally. 

On a separate note has anyone received any sort of communication from Corvera recently ? I have not received a thing, can someone maybe suggest to the Corvera admin staff that a newsletter or even an update email occaissonally would be greatly appreciated by existing and prospective owners alike.

I got back from Corvera a few weeks ago and the fairways on the golf course were the worst fairways that I have ever seen anywhere. I think there is quite a bit of work required on them before anyone would want members of the public to see them. Things have changed over the years. For instance, when I first stayed at Corvera over two years ago I might have seen one rabbit on the resort in the whole two weeks that I stayed there, but a few weeks ago you would see half a dozen of them every time you went anywhere on the resort. These rabbits are scraping the golf course to bits, but it seems to be acceptable to Corvera.

I was thinking of inviting some friends and family out to Corvera at two separate times later this summer. That will not be happening now as I would not want them to see the state of "my golf course". More rentals lost for someone on Corvera.

After six and a half years of trying to get Corvera management to improve things you realise that Corvera just don't do "communication", new owners or not.

Just got back from Corvera after staying a few days. There's still lots of rabbits about and I have never seen them before.

I didn't play the course as I'm not a golfer but visually (comparing it with other golf courses I have seen in the area) the course looks like it needs an awful lot of work.

The gardens were in better condition than I expected having read some comments on this forum.

Security at gate seems to be a bit better. At least the security guards are taking registration numbers.

Only had a quick look at Clubhouse but looks like there's a fair bit of work needed to finish it.

Today I was abe to visit the clubhouse and I have kust loaded up a load of photographs of the bar and restaurant areas which, apart from requiring cleaning, furnishing and final fit are fairy cose to being done

Includedthe new green display window and a private dining area looking onto the 18th and the show kitchen with windows into the main restaurant area

Same can be said for the areas allocated to the supermarket, pro-shop and sales office and yesterday they were delivering the topsoil and landscaping the external areas

What we sti do not hhave any information on is who will be running the place and when it will be openning but still doesn't look soon as there is still plenty of work to do in other areas including access to the rear parking areas

The main workforce are now gone from the building

Just added a few more photos to compliment the ones Roy has posted. These show to an extent the visual effect that the green glass accents give to the restaurant area inside, plus a few others from inside the restaurant areas.

Hi All, Is there any news on the Clubhouse in terms of when it might open and who will be running it ?  If anyone has visited Corvera in the last couple of weeks could you give us an update as to how busy the resort is at the moment ?
