I agree Jan. We really can't wait to get out there again. We said the only thing we are now missing is a pharmacy and Indian or Chinese restaurant. I'm not sure we can sustain both of them. One thing is for sure we no longer need to hire a car when we are out now. The only problem is we can get car hire for a week cheaper than we can get an airport transfer.

Going out in 10 days time and really looking forward to using these new facilities. One thing that would be really great is a holistic health facility either in one of the Al Kasar units or better still the former sales centre down at the bottom of the site. By this I mean a joint venture where a fully equipped gym could be alongside a hair salon, nail salon, massage, pharmacy, and even a spa, although the last bit would be really expensive to install.

Probably currently there is insufficient money around for someone to invest in this, but whenever things pick up further and the foot fall on CDA increases which it will with the increase in facilities, someone or a group of people will make a killing on this one. Fit pro are you reading thi?

So Jan, if you win the Euro Millions, that would be a good thing to spend it on. Jon Faulkner

I haven't won the Euro Millions either !  That said these would be great facilities to have especially a purpose built Spa and Health and Beauty salon with proper fully fitted equipment but sadly I can't see a quality outfit investing.  For now though I offer classes and use of the gym at the Sensol Hotel and Spa which is a great place and has many facilities.

I have a friend who has a very successful beauty business catering for Men & Women. She does not use any products that she believes are invasive & has recently started to produce her own products from natural ingredients.

I am hoping to set up a meeting with both of us and a very successful Entrepreneur that I know in the next week or so as I said before “Watch this space"

I will look a right Charlie though if nothing comes of it but better to try and not succeed than not to try at all

 OK Jan, if you are looking for a before and after model i'm your man, definately need updating, need to get rid of all these bags under my eyes caused by all these late night venues available on Condado now LOL.

Hi everyone and especially Ham & Jan!

We had a great time at Condado, enjoyed meeting up with Ham & Jan and Pete & Jan, especially enjoyed watching John and Ham on the tennis courts!

It was so nice not to have to go out to eat, the Bulgarian restaurant was really good and very reasonably priced.

We also enjoyed the free power walk on Thursday with Ian (fitpro) although we didn't do much afterwards!

Both the Clover and Condado Club were excellent, we hired bikes from the Condado Club which were really good value for 7 euros a day each plus 50 euros deposit per bike.

We also loved the Cas Band at the Clover. Both Neil and Lynn as well as Paul and Rachel are doing a great job and we hope it will continue.

We hope to try out the tapas bar and La Cata which was just opening when we left on Saturday. At least we got to have a quick look round the market before we left which was huge!

We look forward to seeing you all in early September.

 Airport Transfer for Taxi MJV  110 return   . Meter fare 80 euros one way   . If family of 4 go to port  on a minibus trip then  total 150 euros  transfer and trip  . no extra insurance of fuel charge or fuel to pay for no waiting in a queue for car hire.  If a share possible then less . My transfers are done on basis of a share if possible Std price applies otherwise
