I am told reliably that

"There is no point asking for a one year jail sentence as in Spain jail sentences of less than two years are suspended"  ....  so dont get too excited about this.  Huma will not be quaking in their boots.  The prisons of Spain still hold few if any rogue developers and that will not change.

Embezelling hundreds of millions is not that serious in Spain (it seems) ....  hence Huma and their Directors  are still in business

I think the Spanish legal bods just go through the motions to shut people up -

Can't see how they can demolish ACC when contracts still exist on properties and money paid against land plots etc  etc......

But hey, the Spanish do exactly whatever they like anyway don't they.....................

they can demolish as no planning was given,  build a bungalow in you garden with out planning, it will get knocked down, whats the difference in spain???????

acc not demolished yet, but hundreds of contracts with personal details lying about for anyone to see!!!
