I don't know if anyone would be intrested but due to the fact that we are trying to save our holidays for when we can actually move into our marbella we have found a company who provide an excellent service to save you time and money. You deal with a chap called David (recommended by friends, really nice guy and has been excellent). He has various suppliers for all your furnishings (all excellent quality) and will work to your budget.
When you get the keys he arranges for all the deliveries, fitting the items and even arrange the TV connection etc. He has several years experience in the rental and property management and will give advice re the best furnishings options to maximise rental or just enjoy as a home.
We thought his price was very reasonable as many shops charge for delivery and fittings but if you go through this company this is often wavered and the service nearly pays for itself.
The service really takes the hassle out of moving.
