Have we shot ourselves in the foot

 This may be a silly question but does it make a difference with all the property being sold or are the banks paying community fees on the unsold property?

I got something through from Millenium re Carol Miller who wanted to run for garden president, anyone get the same?

 The banks are paying their fees, so no the number of unsold properties makes no difference.

Yes it is strange that ML have sent out info for some but not all?  In fact the presidents didn't get the agenda until Oct 31st, they didn't know about the changes ML are making to the proxy system until then as well and the proxy forms have not been sent to them?  At the moment we are still waiting for ML to actually clarify what the system si this year.  So yes very strange that they have sent it out for some?  Some presidents have asked for the forms and been refused, other are simply being ignored.  Ho Hum

Well, a question has been answered on this thread, because  I didnt understand why some people were saying they'd already dealt with their proxy vote when we hadn't had any communication regarding the AGM from ML at all. On another thread I've said that I emailed ML this week and they said they'd soon send out the proxy documents.

Previous year I have had details sent to me without having to query the process and I haven't changed me email address. Do we keep asking or accept they will send these out?

I have heard that the AGM will be on Saturday 24th. Apparently only 6 days notice will be given for it. I have no idea why, when people coming from England will be unlikely to attend on such short notice.     I have also heard that the Spanish presidents plus Jill and Carol have got their proxy forms, so I went to Millenium to ask them to send me proxy forms but they made some excuse and I am without. I was thinking of standing this year. I'm also told Brits will have to send coplies of passports along with their proxy forms. I don't know if this is legal or not but the rules seem to be made up as they go along. Ask your presidents to confirm what is going on.
 

Why am I not surprised!!!  some have them, some haven't, I wonder if it is 'everything in the garden is rosy' people that have the proxy forms?? that won't stand up against what is clearly wrong with the resort

Its looking like friendly voters are getting what they need , whereas any who may oppose ML are being denied the same facilities, ie, the non Spanish and those who have an inling what is going on.

I've uploaded the 2012 Proxy form to the documents folder...I've already filled mine in and sent it to Mileniun with copies of passport for verification...they emailed back to say it would be fine.

Doesn't seem to be too much hassle....fill it in and send it back and ensure your views get heard...

Where did you upload it from? We need to get as mant people involved as possible.

It was provided to us by our Garden President....print it off...fill it in...scan it and email to Mileniun (Cc your candidate so they know your proxy is with them)...job done.

Can you email it to me, so I can send it out. Only a select few presidents have received it, so it seems.

It can be downloaded directly from the documents folder on this website - go to Condado De Alham community then documents and download the proxy form....I've put it in Word format but it will need to be printed and completed as a hard copy then re-scanned to email.

If you have a problem downloading it then just let me know and I will email.

Question to you all..... how can you complete a proxy when you have no AGM agenda ?

What are you voting for or against as the case may be ?

If you give such a proxy and send it to ML you are letting them choose how to vote on your behalf on each subject of the agenda, a better option than that would be not to send a proxy at all.

Send your proxy to a confidant at Condado and tell them how you would like to vote but you can't do that until you know the agenda.

You are being set up by your friendly administrator and president(s) and you are going to pay big time for this in years to come.

I can't believe what I am reading here, it is so similar t what was tried and gladly failed at Mazarron Country Club 3 years ago but just one year of our administrator drove us to the very brink of bankruptcy that has taken us 3 years fo very hard work to overcome and correct.... ignore my warnings at your peril.

Oh I won't be giving my proxy vote to ML not a chance on earth!! 

Millenium are requesting the forms be sent to them. I'm suggesting you send them to them and the person you want to vote for or act for you. I don't want to risk ML rejecting the proxy because they didn't get it sent to them, although you may well be right, maybe its better just to send it to the person you want to represent you.

We can worry about the agenda later, they will bring that out too late for people to act with the proxy forms. better to have them in place first. You can contact the person you want to represent you once you know whats what, but they'll stitch us up if we don't get organised quickly.

 So if you are an owner in Naranjos Jardin 4 then you will have had advance notice of the proxy form? if you are in any other Jardin tough?you will have to wait for the official notice, is this fair No I dont think so? all owners should be treated as equal? who is runninng your resort ? you decide?

Hi i am on Jardenes 2 most of us know who is going to stand on our garden for president so i will send my proxy vote to him.

So come on people get your votes we run condado not anyone else.
