Bathroom Refit for Jardines

Hi all,

We have relatives on Condado and each time we visited we were impressed by the properties and facilities but more importantly by the friendliness of everyone we have met to date - for that we would like to say thank you!!

To business - we have taken the plunge and are completing on a three bedroom on Jardine 8. We are planning on taking the bath out and turning the bathroom into a wetroom. . If anyone else has had this done we would love to hear of your experiences, recommendations, prices and of course photos.

Our thanks to Andy, Rob, Paul (the plumber), and Paul (sport bar) for all your help and advice over the last couple of days.

Welcome to condado an jardine 8,I am sure u will find someone on our great resort who wil help u, Craig at sparkle clean is highly recommended an they have s great website.I to am a owner on jardine 8 it is a great garden to be on everyone is so friendly, hopefully we can meet up an have a beer or two an I would be more than happy to show off our great resort an sorounding areas ( Alhama is a great part of spain).

Marie/Rob - welcome from another J8 owner.

If you have only recently taken the plunge you won't have experienced the garden in the height of summer...very busy and very friendly; sangria round the pool, aqua aerobics, garden golf days out, even a garden party last year....someone forgot to tell ML not to turn the sprinklers off, a good soaking for everyone at midnight.

Happy memories amongst all the doom and gloom on the site are present.

Sadly we can only visit CDA on an annual basis. But if you are around in August maybe we can share a beer by the pool.

Congratulations on your completion to a fellow Jardin 8!!  I know you will not regret your decision!

There are some really nice guys in Jardin 8 and I look forward to having a drink 'round he pool with you in 2013.

Yep, get a good feeling about this Jardine. Hoping to make a decision soon about bathroom and have any major work done by Feb.

We also recently completed on J8 and are looking forward to meeting everyone next summer as it sounds like a really friendly garden.
