Hi,

On our last visit we had the TV & internet installed with a2z, we also paid for a internal phone to be fitted, but when a2z tried to install our phone they could not find any cables to do this, no cables in the cupboard in our apartment , & no cables in the cupboard on the landing.

Has anyone else had the same problem in there block?
