Yes there is a group action against Interlarken has been for a few years, this is Spain so can take a while. Have just been to the AGM for PM2 & there is nothing to report just that it is on going.

An agent has been pestering me to buy an apartment on here at 67000 euros are they any good or is it a waste of money like so many developments now

Hi Hugh

We have had our apartment since 2006 and love it and the area. 67,000 euros is a bargin to what they were selling for at the beginning of the development I would go for it! Where abouts on the complex is the apartment because there are some that only get the sun on the balcony on a morning so be careful.
