No electricity provided in new apartment

Dear all,

I am a German owner of a new apartment in Duquesa Village. We bought the aparment in December from the Bank Caixa Catalunia over the real estate agancy Prime Invest. In the complex some apartments are still without electricity, ours included. When we bought the apartment back in December we are ensured that everything would be provided very soon but since then nothing changed, nobody feels responsible and virtually no progress has been made. Is there anybody in the same situation and how are you planning to react to this deflacting conflict?  

You should contact AEA the estate management in the port as at the AGM they said the contacts had now been signed and the connection would be in a few weeks

We also bought our apartment last December 2012 after many promises from Prime Invest regarding the electricity, lifts, damp and repainting. They told us all this would be sorted out by the time we collected the keys in December!  

We have visited the apartment several times since and spent many hours round at the office, only to be told the electricity/lifts will be working in 2 weeks!

We are visiting again in August and no doubt the lifts won't be working, no electricity, the damp will be worse and I will have to sweep the stairway again due to the fallen paint.

Prime Invest don't care, the bank doesn't care but to be fare Melisa at AEA has been very helpful and responds to questions very quickly.
