Having just walked around Condado it's very disappointing to see dog poo ++++, both on open grass areas and paths. Some deposits observed only a couple of yards from the bag stand and bins. Dog owners are responsible for this problem entirely and no organisation can be blamed . I'm sure most owners do lift poo but unfortunately from what I've seen today many do not bother. Shame on you!!!
