I'd rather do my own. In 2010 ML stated that the pergolas were private so the owners had to do their own, they even sent an email to all owners informing them of this see ;-

Don't know what's changed or how they are deciding which to do, given up trying to understand, but I guess the majority of owners will probably be happy if theirs is done at some point or other.
