We are only over about four times a year & never during schoool holidays. but we do have lots of friends staying in our apartment throughout the year. As mentioned earlier there is a disabled slot directly under our bedroom windows but out of respect for any one who might need it would never park there & always advise our viitors not to either even though our space is a good number of spaces farther down.

I still believe that allocated spaces are the best though

This is quite interesting as someone has parked their Jag in our space for approximately one year.   It is completely covered in dust and the boot in bird poo.   We went to Mileniun (as we had to park in someone else's space and got blocked in but sorted and everyone friends now) to see if they could trace an owner and get it moved as no tax disc probably no MOT or insurance.  This was on the Tuesday morning and by the evening the car was gone.  However when we were ready to come home on the Thursday the car was back in our space also this person has parked another car on our block.  I did approach the gentleman as he was re-parking the car and told him it was our space he had parked in and that we had to park somewhere else and had got blocked it.  He apologised and moved his car into another parking space (probably now back in ours when  we left)

Quite by accident we found out who this car belongs to and they live right over the other side of Condado and have had the cheek to also make a comment about parking on Condado.  I bet you are all wondering who this lovely nieghbour is.

Wow Jeremy that's bad isn't it. We have come back again tonight to find yet  other car in our slot :( I have tried the polite note in both English and Spanish and we have had to park in another slot again :( I hope that doesn't in inconvenience anyone :( 

We too are in Penthouse 7 & have been very frustated with people using our space as its near the gate but mainly because it happens to be in the shade. We are fortunate it is in the shade but regardless of this we would park wherever our allocated spot was. Its bad enough when you see people in your block parking there but when you see them walk over from the jardins &  then park both a scramble bike & a car it is very annoying. The same person owns both the bike & the car & has apparently been asked to move the bike by security but all that happened was he moved it two spaces away.  

Blimey! Have I opened a can of worms?!!

Surely with the new ( very temperamental!) camera security entrance system with all vehicles supposedly being logged to an owner this problem of people parking in the wrong bays and randomly parking other vehicles should eventually stop . If people have multiple vehicles isn't there not enough parking bays outside the gates???? Especially for leisure vehicles? Not a problem outside of peak season but really - can't people just park in their own allocated bays - is that too much to ask?  

We live in a top floor penthouse, with allocated parking underneath in the shade, we can never get in our parking space, due to cars belonging to owners on narjanos parking their cars, we know why they do it becuase they want their cars in the shade.

if they wanted parking for the car in the shade, they should have bought a penthouse then!  worse offenders are people on Narjanos 8, its the biggest garden on the site and always catch their vehs in blocks,1-5 on a daily basis. There are two particular vehs in our block where they are left all the year around.   You tell security, they move and then come back the next day.
