Are there still apartments available to buy via the banks

Hi

Sorry for the lengthy title.

We have a friend eager to buy on Condado but would prefer to buy via a bank if still possible.

Are there any still available to buy that way & which banks would he need to contact

Any help & advice would be appreciated

Hi, there are still apartments from banks available, on La Isla from 58.700 and in Naranjos from 61.699 for a furnished 2 bed and from 66.899 for a three bed. Your friend can contact us via email rupert@lamangaclub.org or calling our office on CDA, 0034 968 328014. We represent both on site and have all keys available for viewing. 

Thank you for your quick responce however I believe he would prefer to deal with a bank direct rather than through a third party hence the request for names of banks holding the deeds

The bank we use has a website but I don't think their direct prices are any lower than going through an agent.

Anybody know how much 2 bed jardines apartments are selling for thesedays?

Also why are they called Apartments, when they are all close together?

Just to clarify, "the banks" dont sell directly, you will always be attended by an estate agent on site to view the property and to do all necessary steps for the reservation, its just quicker and more efficient to contact us directly as you will be redirected by the bank to us anyway. Hi Just to clarify you can buy straight from the bank I was in banco popular last week and they have a book with properties all over Murcia inc CDA 

i spoke to the English speaking lady in the port and you can still  make an offer and see if it will be accepted 

I would recommend buying from the bank as your not dealing with a useless agent

Banco Popular told me you can buy directly too, until they said go and see Rupert!  They may say you can deal directly but at some point they will refer you back!!

On behalf of my friend I would like to say thank you to all who have posted advice. I have passed on your comments & hopefully he will be going over in October / November to buy.
