Just for absolute clarity form somebody who is on Corvera Golf every day there are NO green pools, all of the facilities that are paind for by the owners are still in place and maintained which inlcudes the lifts, pools gardens, the streets are swept weekly, the rubbish is collected, the lifts work and there is security, the pools have ALWATS been clean and recently passed an inspection from the local Town Hall, happy to send photos
Some communitues have even improved their area by adding artifical grass and increasing the seating area
On the propertues if you buy a properrt from the bank they are bought as seen and only include a boiler, a hob,, and over and fitted kitchen and wardrobes, everything else is extra, including lights, shower screens and air conditioning with prices starting at €45k for 2 bedroom Laurel on phase M28
There are some resales, fully furnished and ready to go, we have a 2 bedroom penthouse with a large roof terrace for €55k on M19 and a 3 bed Tilo for €84k
The community fees vary by type, size and location of property, typically you will pay around €1200 a year comminity plus €300 a year for the local rates, IBI
The golf course is closed and there is no idea if and when it will reopen but the club house will be open for the Summer
There are llts of local bargains around for example on The Polaris site Las Terrazes Del La Torre the bank have just release 400 apartments with prices starting at €41k
If an agent is telling you that the pools are green and the site run down, change your agent, clearly he wants to sell you something else and please contact me directly if you need more information
