To be honest, anyone would be better contacting Resortalia for up to date news.
the Entidad Board were only recently informed of and discussed the closure of these facilities by Roda on Roda owned land and cannot offer any immediate solutions until
1. An estimate of carrying out repairs and proper maintenance under health and safety regulations is obtained.
2. Roda, the developer are prepared to negotiate a sensible deal to rent their land at a peppercorn rent whilst repairs are carried out and suitable local agents could manage the facilities, including bookings and lights etc.
Roda obviously have no interest in maintaining costly facilities that they put in or tidying up any of their land as they apparently have no money left, but still wish to market sales and rentals whilst letting their land deteriorate whilst the Entidad and all the Communities attempt to spend owners money in keeping our parts of the resort in as good a condition as possible.
An interesting dilemma.
