Hi has anybody heard anything yet about the completion of phase 4?  Also do we know when the club house will be finished as it would be benificial especially if people are renting their apartment.  I am keen to get things moving now.

i was out at the site in march the club house was only a shell and as no work has been done for weeks

   i would think its still the same

I have heard on Friday that Phase 4 Block 4 maybe not ready until Sept/Oct from my solicitor. Is there any truth in this or is anyone getting other information from their solicitor.
