Sewage smell in apartment block 17

We have just returned to our apartment block 17 to what seems to be a Sewage smell mainly coming from main bathroom anyone else experienced this was fine when we were over in Dec.

I was told to run all my taps through thoroughly if this ever happened to me

Oh no, do you still have the sewage smell in block 17?

We own in block 17 and have always been very happy as there are no drainage smells!

Has it passed now?

Hi we believe the problem is with the apartment  below ours that apparently is unoccupied and we do smell a bad smell on that floor and from the apartment when we tried to contact the residents. Not 100%  sure but we have advised AEA unfortunately we still have the problem we are in block 17 esc 64

We have just come back from Duquesa Village, Block 17.

We are on Esc 65 and there were no nasty smells at all!

Thanks for the update and glad you did not experience the unpleasant smell. I believe the problem for us in esc. 64 is the apartment below us that is unoccupied and has a very bad smell.
