Valuations

I have been involved as a buyer since 2003 and this is the first I have heard of it also.

Perhaps the indoor pool is a flooded carpark and the gym is the excercise with a bucket bailing it out !!   (joke, I hope)

I will just be grateful for a front door key.
  

Don't want to go off thread here as it is for valuations but I can confirm that I also have the site plan with Club House marked. It is between phases 4 & 5 behind the park. It is marked as Club House & Restaurant and to the right of that a Sports Facilities building which I take to be a gym. The Clinic is to be erected just in front of where the sales office is next to the commercial centre.
