Hi

Just uploaded 3 latest photos of the Esther show home which is due for completion around July/August 2007.

The first plots on Phase 1 are due for completion in June 2008.

The Commercial Centre is due to be constructed with Part 2 of Phase 2 - so completion around January 2009 - but as we all know this is subject to change.

The whole area is looking fantastic and it now seems to be all systems go.  Looking forward to visiting the show home when it is ready!

Just uploaded another 2 sets of photos dated 11 June 2007.

The set of 6 photos are the latest pictures of the Esther show villa.  The yellow colour is the wall insulation.  The bricks will go over the insulation and then a final render will go on top of the bricks.

The second set of 3 photos are the foundations for one of the Esther plots on Phase 1.

It will be great to see the Esther show villa when it is finished.

Hello Guys, very quite on here recently, thought you would be interested to know that I have just returned home after making another site visit last week,  things are really moving on with many foundations now in place, we also managed to creep inside the show house while the workers were at lunch in a local bar.  I must say it is some of neatest brick laying I have seen in Spain, those of you that already have had a new property built over there will know exactly what I mean.   The website has also been updated with new photo's so everything is looking very positive at last. According to the girl in the office Finca Parcs have won an award for best project in the area, all the agents have been informed so hopefully they will remember to inform us as well, so all in all good news for all of us and one in the eye for doubting Thomas.

Hi, we found it a little warmer than the coast as it is protected by the mountains, but having said that it very very pleasant and no air polution, the sky was an unbelievable deep shade of blue, we thought the photo's in the brochure were touched up, but no the sky really is that colour !  Cant wait for our next visit in October to see the opening of the Esther show house, will keep you posted.

Hi Keith,  thanks for  posting the new photo's, I should have thought of doing that myself,  It seems as if everything is moving in the right direction at last. The developer has also updated their website and promised to do it on a more regular basis now there is more than underground infrastructure to report on. I'm hoping to get out again in October to see the finished show house and will remember to post some photo's next time, in the mean time if any of you are planning on going out before then I'm sure any information would be very much appreciated by all !!  Regards Taz

Just uploaded some more photos of the site and Esther show villa.

There are 3 photos of the Esther show villa taken last week and 6 general photos of various plots on phase 1.

Progress seems to be very rapid now, which is good news.

Cleyton Ges should be uploading the August update on www.fincaparcs.com very soon I think.

Hi All, just had a call from friends that are keeping a close eye on the site for me, although they could not get past the security guy on the gate they were able to see very clearly from the road that there is a lot of activity going all over the site, quite a few houses under construction near the entrance so I would assume that would be the first phase !  Hopefully I should be able to get over the end of next month so will keep you posted.  Regards  Taz

we have popped over to Spain for a brief holiday and intend to visit the Finca Parcs site in the next day or so. Hoping to take a few pictures while there and will post these a.s.a.p.

After several years of waiting with baited breath it is looking that our retirement home is actually going to be built- can't wait to move in!

Hi Everyone,

It's me again. Just come back from viewing in the site on a gorgeous warm and sunny day (33 degrees).

Lots of activity on site so couldn't go in but have taken a few photos and uploaded onto this site. You can see progress of show home, which looks as if it will possibly be on target for October finish date. Also basic concrete structure of quite a few Esthers are well under way. Plenty of groundwork activity on phases 4 & 5. Have also included photos of local village (Agramon) and also the new "flyover" to replace the old railway crossing- which will make access a lot easier when the site is ready.

It's good to see that our promises are slowly coming true.

Had a site visit on a fantastic sunny day at the end of October.  Took lots of pictures and have just uploaded some of them.

Here is a quick explanation of the photos all dated 30 October 2007:

1st Set - 15086
Phase 4 - views down the site and towards Finca Parcs Farm.  Also a couple of pictures of the childrens playground at Hellin.

2nd Set - 12157
Views of show villa from the road and views from the roof terrace over phase 1

3rd Set - 68989
Views from the verandah and roof terrace

4th Set - 31136
Jacuzzi bath, floor tiles, ceiling beams, bedrooms and main bathroom

5th Set - 45006
Show home, pool - dug out, kitchen, lounge and verandah

It is really stunning, finish looks good and there is a huge amount of work happening on all phases.  Floor tiles are down in all rooms (covered up in some due to painting).  Tiling is completed in kitchen and bathrooms.  Still a bit of work to do but should think that the show home will be open by the end of this year.

Construction of the commercial area will commence during Phase 2.

Only negative is that bank guarantees are only just starting to be issued for Phase 3.  So buyers on Phase 4 and 5 still have some months to wait I think.

Great News, all looking very positive,  Im just a bit puzzled by the commercial centre dates,  surely they are due to start construction with phase 2 and to be completed by the end of the project, this is how it has always been portrayed to me !  I have just contacted the head office and they have confirmed this to me , still things seem to be moving inthe right direction, the photos look great, and apparently the pool for the show house is underway as well !    Taz

Yes you are correct. Commercial area to commence with Phase 2 and be completed by the end of the project.  Sorry for the confusion.

Hi all,  I have just posted some new photos.  Went to the site on Sunday, it was of course very quiet, just one van driving around, security I assume. The site hasn't changed much since the last photos, so I've posted some arty ones instead. All of them were taken on sunday 11th Nov  within 300 - 400 meters of the showhouse. In the first one you can just see the showhouse behind the tree and the volcano at Carncarix in the background
