That's really good news for anyone coming over.

Could  I ask you a huge favour? We have also bought a new style quad and would like to get a better idea of the room dimensions. Do you have (or will you get the next time you go) the sizes of each room so that I can start to plan furniture styles, sizes etc.

I have asked for this info from Taray but they aren't willing to commit to room sizes.

Found my notes... The living room is approx 3.1m wide x 6.85m long ( to end of dining area). There is 2.1m width up to the front door, if you need this measurement for a chair/sofa. The side wall up to the kitchen is 5.2 m long.  I have a full sized table and six dining chairs width ways in the dining area. The downstairs bedroom is approx 2.5m wide. There is just over 3m length to the fitted wardrobes. The upstairs bedroom without balcony is approx 2.7m wide by 4.15 long and the main bedroom is 3m wide by 3.2 to wardrobes, then a little recess by the door which is 62cm deep by 85cm wide.

Hi everyone

We also have a property on the development which will be available from September. It's a 3 bedroomed penthouse overlooking the village (so hopefully the noise from the building works should be low as we are facing away from the site). It will be fully furnished, child friendly and wit air con.

We are contenplating coming out to Spain from the 1st November to 15th December does anyone have accomodation in San Cayetano  to rent for that time..............................from the 1st January 2008 we will be staying in Los Alcazares untill the completion of our home.

Update on previous message - The quad is air conditioned/ heated and the private pool is complete ( though you would need to be very brave at this time of year) - water going in this week!  The quad will be available from January onwards, for site visits etc
