quick question about community fee's?? :)

I understand the builders' supply of electricity and water will shortly be cut off ( due to the LFO being granted - allegedly) what are the procedures for applying to the utility companies for metered supply?

We have just returned. Some solicitors can do both electricty and water. Ours would only do electricity.

We had to go to Aifos and collect the Habitation Licence the the bolletins. Our Solicitor is going to arrange the electricity but we had to go to the Acosol in Elviria. We needed a copy of the deeds, NIE and the bolletin. The water is due to be disconnected 6th July and water company give you 48 hours grace.

Anyone have any idea when next community meeting is to take place

I believe it is either 29th or 31st July. I am told that there is only 40 residents who are contributing to the funds and only 40 can vote. I cannot be there as someone else is in my place for two weeks. I have given proxy vote to someone.

They are also again without gardeners and cleaners, but if only 40 out of 250 residents its no wonder we have little in way of gardens etc.

Hi, We came back on monday. If you are with GV@A your water and electricity should have been sorted out for you. I rang them to confirm this. certainly when we were there we had both! Our community charge comes straight from our bank account. When we were there lots of plants and trees had been planted, the place was clean and the pool was lovely. The whole place looking miles better.
