sofa beds

Think this might have been answered before.  Would anyone know if we can change the sofa for a sofa bed and how much extra it would cost?

We were out in mid May and the development looks fab.  Weather was brill and really hot...  Our completion date is 30 June. Looking forward to meeting our new neighbours.

You can change to a sofa bed as long as the plastic covering hasn't been removed.  Not sure about the costs, but I think it is quite a lot more.

We were out for 10 days earlier this month and had a great time.The weather is brilliant at the moment.
