10 HAD THE PROPERTIES BEEN COMPLETED ON TIME (DEC 2004) AND WITH THE SITE LOOKING GOOD AND IN ORDER.IT IS QUITE POSSIBLE THAT AN ANNUAL GROWTH RATE IN VALUE OF 15/20% COULD HAVE BEEN ACHIEVED
...HOWEVER .SAY WITH A PURCHASE PRICE (OFF PLAN OF 100K ) 2YEARS @ 10% COMPOUND THEN 3 YEARS @15% COMPOUND .. THE HOUSES COULD NOW BE WORTH IN EXCESS OF 184K . AS THE REST OF SPAIN
