lT IS AMAZING AT WHAT BRITISH PURCHASERS ARE ALLOWING TO HAPPEN

JUST TAKE A STEP BACK AND RECALL ALL THE EVENTS

1..THESE PROPERTIES ARE NOT AS PER THE ORIGINAL PLANS ..SOLD OFF PLAN IN 2002... THEY ARE MISSING A GARAGE  / BEDROOM / OUTSIDE STOREROOM..

2 THEY WERE SOLD WITH A POOL CLEARY SHOWN

3..THE CONTRACTS STATE (STILL ) THAT THEY ARE VPO HOUSES.. SOMETHING THAT THE ENGLISH SHOULD NOT HAVE BEEN ABLE TO BUY

4 A LARGE PROPORTION OF THE LINK DETACHED HOUSES ARE NOW IN FACT TERRACED

5.THERE TO DATE HAS BEEN NO ASSISTANCE FROM PALMERA OVER THE "OPTIONAL EXTRAS PACKAGE"

6.THE IVA (VAT) WAS COLLECTED  EARLY  (2003 ) ILLEGALLY 7000 EUROS..

7 THE BUILDER MIRADOR ON COMPLETION WILL EXPECT       12000 + VAT    SAY 14000

    AN EXTRA 500/1000 FROM THOSE NOT WANTING A MORTAGE                         SAY    750

    300/  500 MUMICIPAL INCREASE                                                                                 SAY     400

                                                                                                                 TOTAL                            15150 EUROS

                                  THESE CHARGES ARE ILLEGAL AS WILL BE SHOWN IN COURT

8.WOULD ANYONE ALLOW THEMSELES TO BE TREATED LIKE THIS IN THE UK..?????  I AM SURE THE BUILDER PROMOTER + EVEN THE TEABOY WOULD NOW BE IN THE PROCESS OF BEING SUED!!!!

9  DEPOSITS FOR THE MOST WERE PAID IN 2002 WITH A COMPLETION OF DEC 2004.....THE BUILDER HAS HAD OUR DEPOSIT MONIES FOR APPROACHING 5 YEARS....THOSE WHO PLACED A 25000 EURO DEPOSIT HAVE LOST OUT ON 5041 EUROS IN INTEREST ( CALCULATED @ 4% COMPOUND FOR 5 YEARS)..

10  HAD THE PROPERTIES BEEN COMPLETED ON TIME (DEC 2004) AND WITH THE SITE LOOKING GOOD AND IN ORDER.IT IS QUITE POSSIBLE THAT AN ANNUAL GROWTH RATE IN VALUE OF 15/20% COULD HAVE BEEN ACHIEVED

...HOWEVER .SAY WITH A PURCHASE PRICE (OFF PLAN OF 100K )  2YEARS @ 10% COMPOUND THEN 3 YEARS @15% COMPOUND .. THE HOUSES COULD NOW BE WORTH IN EXCESS OF 184K .  AS THE REST OF SPAIN

  THEREFORE I THINK YOU CAN SAFELY PRESUME THAT I FOR ONE ALONG WITH SEVERAL OTHERS ARE TAKING THE APPROPRIATE ACTION

what action are you taking cuz im a pissed off with this bloody builder ,I think we should all get on a plane in the next month and go and kick this crap out of this builder, palmera properties, we should get our selves arrested then and only then will it get on the tv /media etc,

Well, myself and a number of others have instructed our solicitor (Patricia Morales Sevillano) to start legel proceedings and a criminal claim.  There are too many things to list in this reply that are wrong, therefore you are best to speak with her yourself.

Her Number is 0034 952 36 97 32.

At this moment, all I am hoping for and keeping my fingers crossed, is that I get my deposit back, along with court costs.

If anyone is thinking that their investment is safe and secure, you would also be advised to seek legal help.

hi, does anyone know of the townhouses at parasio del sol, there are 28 of them built by mirador.

i purchased mune through palmera 4 years ago, and still dont know when completed, they say they are waiting for a letter  of release from the town hall. which is a possible lie, could anyone advise.
