DHL Spain?

Hi

Just wondering if anyone had purchased a car parking space like me. In the contract i for for it, it clearly states that the size of the parking space would be 13m2 and a communal parking area(not sure what this means) of 19m2. I seen the space i had allocated a couple of weeks ago and you would just about fit a car on it. This is clearly in breach of the contract. Just wondering if anyone else had this experience

Yes we have one but to be honest we haven't tried to park in it yet but thanks for the tip, I'll check it out next time I'm over

When we signed for our apartment, we were allocated our garage space, and as we were one of the first, we were given a double space.  Having just come back from Spain, we noticed the parking spaces were different sizes, but so are the apartments intenally!!

Does anyone know when we are getting the computer key from the builder?   We were using the 5 keys given to us by the builder.

We have a 3 bedroomed appt and our parking space is small going to check it out with buider when i go over
