mar y sol block 5 2nd floor

Hi all, does anybody know if block 5 is finished, The builders say its completed and ready for payment for the 3rd time. We have been over to view 3 times this year, the last time in may.  completion looked a long way off. We live on merseyside, i met a couple over there from norris green last year, are there any more merseysiders buying?. As said in previous messages, the agents are no longer intrested, i carnt get any imformation from them, hope someone can help . davendi

when i was out there 3 weeks ago it did not look finished to me there was quite a bit of work to be done on the roof etc but i did notice someone had moved in to one of the apartments on the back of the block first floor,  i was told by someone that works for the builder that the builder will be trying to get as many apartments signed off as possible before the august holidays when everything stops for 2 to 3 weeks.

Hi guys, I am that man at the back of the first floor. There has been another apartment completed in the last week. davendi my advice would be to inform the builders of the date you are coming over and insist that it be ready on that date. that is what i did and it was ready. almost all the apartments look to be more or less ready but if the builder has a date then you will be given priority to be ready on that date. forget about palmera. they are beyond useless. i cannot use the language i would like to use to describe them. deal with the builders directly.
