I have been to the Mar Y Sol earlier this year and thought the area was really nice, and the apartments were coming on to a good standard.

On return I was very pleased with my investment and to be honest still am, however, I have been tempted by my current employer with a fantastic opportunity to buy into the business.

Unfortunately this will mean I have to stretch my credit to the limit to enable me to buy the shares.

I will now be looking to sell my property at Mar Y Sol, be it before or after completion.

Does anyone know of any good agents that can assist me in this?

You will find it hard to find a agent to take it on at this stage, you could advertise it on idealista.com or easybuy in guardamar both for free.

Sorry Easybuy in guardamar have a one off charge of 150 euros but for that they put a board up and there is someone that deals with it all for you , not just the website like idealista.

Hi Daz

If you are thinking of selling before you complete you could put say 5%--10% on the price you paid off plan ,but if you you leave it till you have completed you would need to put on 15%--18% to cover all costs and agents fees,  just to break even.?
