Hello all 1f block 4, Im over on MONDAY for 12 days ive booked accommodation but im hopeful of getting in during my stay... Caroline owes me an email, she said they may be completing today but didnt get back, wwpg (simon) has told me our appt has been snagged.. and is ready.... either way i will know monday if anyone wants updates i will pass my mobile regards

I was over there two weeks ago and i must admit that i was very impressed with the finish of the apartments they seem to be better than the previous phases that i have seen.

We were the first ones in on the ground floor 1B I think we are and i know of a couple who completed last week on the first floor. There were no lights in the hallways but things are moving fast as another 2 couples were getting furniture delivered on the day we left.  The more that moves in the merrier as things get done much quicker.  Look forward to meeting you all at some point.

We were over there 4 weeks ago and there were people occupying or moving into blocks 3&4.  I also understand that there are some in Block 2, but as far as block 1 (our block) is concerned) although I am told some people have moved into the upper floors, I don't know how, as it was a good 6 to 10 weeks from complete just a while ago.  I don't think there is anyone in block 5, but I could be wrong.

I cant see the point of rushing to complete better to wait till it is all finished and safe, i doubt  if  you are covered by any  injury insurance while you are on site at the moment.

Do you have any ideas on when the pools and lift will be ready for use? It seems the bungalows have had to wait a long time for their pool and i wonder if we will have to do the same.

Once you go on to mains electric the lifts will be commisioned and working,  but it is because all five blocks are ajoining it seems that is holding up the habitation cert of each block, so really it is being treated like one block by the council,  so i think we will be lucky if the the pool will be usable this summer.

is the communal lighting on in your block , stairs etc ?

I asked our agent recently when the pool and the car park would be usable he responded that it would be sorted by mid-May, which probably means it will be mid-June if we're lucky

Out of curiosity, what have Block 5 got on their roof?
