Sept Rental wanted Palomares Almeria

Hi,

I have seen many people from Blocks 2,3& 4 corresponding and although I have mentioned Block 1, it seems very rarely mentioned.  As I have said before, we are to be in the Ground floor apartment at the rear, next to the swimming pool.  Months ago someone said they would be in the apartment in front of ours, but apart from that, We know of no other buyers.  Since completion should not be too long now (within a few months anyway), We thought it might be an idea to try and contact other block 1 owners, maybe get to know our neighbours before we get there.

We are unsure yet how long each year we will spend in the apartment, but certainly hope to spend quite a lot of time there.  Who knows, if we like it a lot, it may become our main home.  We won't be letting out whilst we are not around as we value our belongings too much and it would be nice to network with like-minded people and compare notes.

Well said,  You are right,  it seems to be the same 10 or more buyers posting comments, yet the photos have been veiwed over 300 times,    so come on buyers please make yourselves known.

Hi Gloria ,Mike and Alan. its Andy and Ruth here ,you are right nobody else from block 1 has posted any news or info. But im quite sure that nearer the completion date we will be hearing from all and sundry, we are looking forward to our holiday home and mabey our home in the future who knows? we are going out on the 1st of march to see how things are getting along and hopefully a date of handover. But we will keep the site posted when we come back.
